The CORiTEC 150i Series represents maximum stability and precision thanks to its innovative closed mono-block cast body. This design ensures low-vibration machining and exceptional dimensional accuracy in daily laboratory operations.
With the optional semi-open blank holder “C-Clamp”, the machine offers a wide range of applications. In addition to standard discs, it allows the processing of prefabricated abutments and the grinding of block materials.
The powerful spindle, operating at speeds of up to 100,000 rpm, enables highly precise milling and grinding of various materials. An integrated water supply and filtration system ensures clean and reliable wet processing. The system requires only minimal external compressed air (3 bar). An ionizer is optionally available.
