FAQ for registered exhibitors

Where can I find my access data for the online ordering system?

In your customer account at www.leipziger-messe.de/kundenkonto, your access data consists of your user (7-digit number) and a password that you have defined. If you have forgotten your previous password or are logging in for the first time, you can generate a new one by clicking on the ‘Forgot password (request)?’ button. The new password will be sent to your company e-mail address. You will find your user name in your allocation; we can also provide you with this on request.

Where can I book additional equipment for my exhibition stand?

In addition to the basic equipment of the stand package, you have the option of ordering additional furniture in the online ordering system, e.g. a 75 cm x 125 cm stand-up bridge, an 80 cm x 80 cm table, bar stools, brochure stands or a lockable display case.

As an exhibitor at Zahntechnik plus, you benefit from attractive hotel conditions and special cancellation deadlines. Therefore, please always book directly via our hotel portal .

How can I invite customers to the trade fair?

As an exhibitor, you can use a promotion code to invite your customers to the trade fair for an unlimited period of time and at no additional cost. The code enables a €10 discount on admission tickets (valid for the permanent congress ticket (incl. or excl. evening event), day ticket congress and day ticket exhibition). You will receive your personal code by email from the project team as soon as the ticket shop opens for visitors in November 2025.

What advertising options can I book to present myself at the event?

Draw your customers' attention to you and benefit from a wide range of advertising media, whether in online or print media, sponsorship opportunities or event-related advertising space on site.

Where can I obtain Zahntechnik plus banners to advertise my participation as an exhibitor?

In the marketing area (only in German) you will find various banners and templates for your free use.

How can I edit my entry in the list of exhibitors?

In the first step, you enter your trade fair media shop. There you can book additional services and edit your entries or confirm that you only wish to use the basic marketing package. Then log in to the exhibitor portal for trade fair media to edit your exhibitor data. You create the login data for this yourself when you enter the shops for the first time, so please save it carefully.

Please note: Leipziger Messe GmbH is exclusively responsible for the production of trade fair media. Other service providers who publish similar catalogues and directories are not authorised by Leipziger Messe GmbH.

Where can I get my exhibitor passes?

Please request your exhibitor passes (free of charge and for a fee) via the online ordering system as soon as they are available. You will receive information about this by e-mail in November 2025.

The passes are available for personalisation and download. The exhibitor pass gives you access to the congress, the theme worlds and the exhibitor presentations/workshops. Once the exhibitor pass has been personalised, it can also be used as a local transport ticket for free travel to and from the exhibition grounds using local MDV (Mitteldeutscher Verkehrsverbund) public transport in fare zone 110.

Do I need passes for the set-up the stand?

No, you do not need a pass during the set-up and dismantling periods, but it would be an advantage to have a stand allocation.

How can I have materials delivered to my stand?

Parcel deliveries to the trade fair: Direct delivery of your goods to the stand by your own forwarding agent/courier/parcel deliverer is possible on set-up day 05 March 2026, provided you can accept this personally. Please make sure that your stand is already occupied.

Attention! In your own interest, please ensure that there is a contact person on site at your stand who can accept the consignment. Neither the forwarding agent nor the Zahntechnik plus team can accept your consignment. If the deliverer does not find a person authorised to accept the consignment at your stand, the parcels will be returned to the sender. Neither the carrier nor the Zahntechnik plus team accept liability for deliveries that are not received or accepted.

Is WiFi available at my stand?

WiFi with a bandwidth of 1 MBit is available to everyone at the exhibition centre free of charge. However, we cannot guarantee you a stable connection, as stability depends on usage. If you would like better WiFi or a larger bandwidth, you are welcome to book this with us via the online ordering system.

Where can I order stand catering?

fairgourmet GmbH is a subsidiary of Leipziger Messe GmbH and ensures the physical well-being of guests at the CCL with commitment and the highest quality standards.

Catering at the stand, as well as catering in event rooms, is only permitted via fairgourmet GmbH. Catering is only permitted during official visitor opening hours. If you are interested in catering, please contact: standservice@fairgourmet.de

Where can I store my packaging materials?

You can order forwarding services in advance via Leipziger Messe's online ordering system.
